Facade Upgrade and Rooftop Waterproofing - Bondi Beach

Quin Projects successfully delivered a comprehensive facade upgrade and rooftop waterproofing project designed to improve the building’s structural protection, visual appearance, and long-term durability. The scope of works included detailed facade remediation, surface preparation, repair of deteriorated elements, protective coating application, and complete rooftop waterproofing system installation. Our team worked closely with consultants, strata representatives, and stakeholders to ensure all works were completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Australian Standards. The facade upgrade enhanced the building’s external presentation while addressing weathering, cracking, and water ingress risks. Simultaneously, the rooftop waterproofing works involved removal of failed membrane systems, substrate repairs, installation of new high-performance waterproof membranes, and detailed sealing around penetrations and drainage points to ensure long-term protection against leaks and moisture damage. Throughout the project, Quin Projects maintained strict quality control, site safety compliance, and minimal disruption to occupants. The result was a durable, modernised building exterior with significantly improved weather resistance and asset longevity.
