The neighbouring building is heritage listed, and its boundary wall sat inside our footprint. That changes how you work. Demolition went slow, by hand in places. The shared wall needed engineering sign-off before we touched it, so the old structure stayed stable while the new build tied into it. Councils watch these jobs closely, and they should.

Site Logistics and Access Management

Narrow frontage, busy freeway on-ramp out the front, nowhere to store anything. Every delivery ran to a booked window. Works were staged so trades weren't stepping over each other. Get the sequencing wrong on a site like this and you lose weeks you never get back.
