Outdoor Facilities - Waterloo

Quin Projects was engaged as the principal contractor for the redevelopment works at Our Lady of Mt Carmel in Waterloo. The scope of the project involved the comprehensive construction and upgrade of key outdoor facilities, aimed at enhancing both the functionality and amenity of the school grounds. Delivered over two distinct stages, the works included the construction of a new car park to improve traffic flow and safety, a multi-purpose tennis and basketball court to support the school's sports and recreation program, and a modernised playground area complete with seating and bubblers to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for students. In addition, the project required the design and construction of substantial retaining walls to address site level changes and ensure long term structural integrity. Quin Projects coordinated all aspects of the works, including site preparation, drainage, landscaping, and compliance with relevant safety and education sector standards. Quin Projects successfully delivered a high quality outcome that met both the functional needs and aesthetic expectations of the client.
